Paula served 28 years in a local authority fire service and gained experience in a wide variety of disciplines including; communications, people management, teaching, research, policy formation, fire safety enforcement, fire investigation, project management and incident command.

During her career, Paula developed effective communication and decision-making skills and enjoyed building productive and positive relationships with all stakeholders. 

She will use her skills to complete fire safety assessments in a range of buildings and produce clear and accurate reports, to assist building owners and responsible persons meet the requirements of the Fire Safety Order.
